The Clinical Trial Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in development and management of Phase 1 clinical trial proposals. This position will be responsible for coordinating the process from creation to submission. The position will sit within business development and work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, to develop compelling proposals to meet our client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and drive the development of clinical trial proposals, encompassing budgets, timelines, and key deliverables. Ensure that proposals are clear, concise, and accurately reflect the study protocol's scope

Generate detailed and precise budgets for study designs, considering all trial aspects (equipment, testing, recruitment, etc.)

Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines to ensure high-quality proposals are delivered on time

Produce and support revisions based on client feedback

Organize introductory and Bid Defence meetings with sponsors

Utilize the Veritus Research Salesforce CRM to update the sales pipeline and track client engagement activities.

Provide support for comprehensive analyses on proposal conversion rates and project feasibility to guide discussions and strategic decisions during internal meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in business, health sciences (including nursing), science, or equivalent experience

Ability to interpret clinical study designs, data, and budgetary information

Strong attention to detail when analyzing proposal requirements and crafting responses

1-2 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial coordination

Prior experience developing budgets and proposals for CROs, pharmaceutical, or biotech companies is highly preferred

Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
