Private Surgical Bookings – Data Entry (Immediate Start: November to December)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Assistant to support Private Surgical Bookings over the busy November–December period.

This position is for an immediate start and may be suitable for a university student studying medicine or a related field who wants to gain experience in healthcare administration.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

About the Role

We are looking to hire someone with extensive experience in Private Surgical or Anaesthetic bookings. You will have previously worked in a private hospital booking office or for an Anaesthetist, and understand the importance of accuracy and professionalism when managing patient and procedural information.

A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in private surgical or anaesthetic bookings is required. However, any prior data entry experience will be considered an advantage.

Initially, the role will involve 20–30 hours per week of data entry to cover a staff member on maternity leave. The work will be performed during business hours only, with potential for additional hours depending on workload and performance.
