About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Grade 1 or New Graduate OT to join our Active One Team. We offer a friendly, social and innovative working environment with an outstanding team of health professionals and a support team who all share the same values.
This role can be in a part time or full time capacity.
Our office is based in Frankston (Head Office). We broadly service suburbs South-East of Melbourne. Flexible working arrangements are in place, with the ability to be based at our Head Office, as well as work from home.
Our OT's specialise in a broad range of services including (but not limited to):
Comprehensive Home Assessments
Aids & Equipment Prescription
Neurological and Clinic-based Upper Limb Rehabilitation
Capacity Building/Independent Living Skill Building Programs
Functional and Needs Assessments
Medico-legal Assessment and Reporting
Clinic-based OT Driver Assessments
Clinic-based Pre-Learner & Learner Driver Programs
Our focus is on developing you as a clinician:
Support of our Supervising OT team
Daily clinical supervision (plus, twice weekly formal supervision sessions)
Supportive and friendly team environment
Flexible working arrangements
Working as part of our OT team, the position involves the provision of community and clinic-based clinical assessments, interventions, education and report writing to clients, their families and other service providers. Services are provided to clients from the ages of 6 through to 100+, who present with variety of diagnoses including neurological, developmental and physical.

Remuneration:
We are offering a Grade 1 Salary Package; appointing the successful applicant into a salary position commensurate with their experience and offering above award salary.
Financial support and study leave available for an OT with the desire to expand their knowledge and skills in home modifications (after 1 year of employment).
Financial support, study leave and extensive training also available for an OT with the desire to complete an OT Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Course (after 1 year of employment and requirement for a minimum of 2 years of experience).

Current registration with AHPRA
Eligible for registration with OT Australia
Eligible for registration with Medicare and NDIS
Current and valid drivers licence
