What we’re looking for:

• Must be AHPRA registered with previous Care Management experience in aged care
• Strong clinical competence and experience in aged care leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support residents and families, resolve clinical issues, and lead change.
