Details: Are you passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable people in contact with the justice system?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated policy officer who can support work across a range of areas which may include:

• Restorative justice legislation and policy
• Victims of crime legislation and policy
• Disability justice policy

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop solutions for justice system problems
• Undertake research and analysis
• Progress legislative change and law reform
• Develop business cases
• Prepare reports, briefings and correspondence
• Support governance and oversight arrangements for cross‐government working groups and committees
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders from across the justice system

Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications in law or a related field or significant study towards gaining qualifications is highly desirable.
