Protech are looking for an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to perform and manage a team based in Archerfield.

As the Asphalt Supervisor, you’ll be the main point of contact on-site, overseeing day-to-day operations of Asphalt laying within our projects.

You will be responsible for Supervising, leading and further developing a team of skilled asphalt workers as well maintaining relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and resources to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, smoothly, safely, and to specification, with KPI's measured against each job.

Projects will be a combination of local and away work based on project.

ABOUT THE ROLES

• Immediate starts available
• Living Away from Home Allowance when applicable
• Both day and night shifts will be required - excellent night shift rates!
• $46 - $50 Day Rates / $58 - $72 Night Rates
• Overtime and penalty rates apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, organising and managing a crew of labourers and operators.
• Assist in asphalt paving & maintenance projects
• General labouring and ground works
• Manage the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Construction white card
• Drivers licence & reliable transport
• HR licence or above
• Relevant RII tickets and Operating experience preferred
• 3 plus years experience within the Asphalt Industry - Essential
