About the position

We are seeking experienced support workers to support a male participant in SIL (currently 1:1, subjective to change) accommodation and provide community access support in the Pallara area, as well as providing community access support to our participants in the community.

As a Support Worker in our team, you will be supported to work beside individuals to build their capacity with daily living skills, assisting with social and recreational activities, implementing and monitoring practices that will promote a healthier lifestyle, empowering participants to help them achieve their goals.

The role will involve working with male participants with some complex needs. Some may need assistance with medication prompts, and others may show complex behaviours. Experience and professionalism are highly recommended.

Qualified and Experienced Support workers.

General Roster for Shift for SIL Mon-Fri: 2:00pm to 10:00pm with sleepover from 10:00pm to 6:00:am but may be subjective to change.

General Roster for Shift SIL Sat-Sun: 6:00am to 2:15pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm with sleepover from 10:00pm to 6:00am but may be subjective to change.

Community Access for our SIL participant: Wednesdays and Saturdays: 6:00am-2:15pm but may be subjective to change.

Rosters for community access for our community-based participants varies.

Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and sleepover.
