What You'll Be Doing:
Answer a range of customer queries via phone and email
Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and professionalism
Process orders, credits, and a range of other administrative tasks
Follow up with customers regarding orders
Arrange freight collections
Assist other team members where required with admin and ad hoc task

Familiar with basic software, Gmail, Excel, etc.
Tapware experience & experience in order processing & logistics will be highly regarded.
