About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the care team at D TALENT HUB PTY LTD' as an Assistant in Nursing. In this casual position, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents in various aged care facilities.

What you'll be doing

Assisting registered nurses with a range of clinical tasks including medication administration, personal care, and basic clinical observations

Providing compassionate and dignified care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences

Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining a clean and well-organised work area

Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and the wider care team

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Fluent in Arabic (Not Mandatory)

Certificate III / IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification

Previous experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or similar role in an aged care setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and compassionate approach

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centred care
