Drafting: Production and Design Drawing

Edge Workshop is a small, well established business specialising in the design and manufacture of letterbox fascia's, decorative panelling, fencing and gates.

All products are individually tailored to suit our clients requirements.

The successful draftsperson candidate will be required to produce design proposals for customer review, adjust layouts as required and produce shop drawings for fabrication.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years drafting experience.

A minimum of 1-2 years graphic design experience is essential for this position.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Drafting skills and graphic design experience are essential for this position, with a sound knowledge of metal fabrication and the construction industry an advantage.

The position requires a person who is comfortable and happy to deal directly with the customer and work well within our small team to produce a high standard range of products.

Attention to detail in this role is paramount.

Full time position is currently being offered with a 5 day a week - 9am -5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am -3pm Fridays, however flexible hours can be discussed.

The role is fixed term for a period of 12 months and may have the option to extend.
