We are a small, family-owned remedial waterproofing company operating across New South Wales, Queensland, and the ACT. We deliver high-quality waterproofing solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end government and commercial developments.
Our team works closely with Engineers, Architects, and Remedial Consultants to achieve outstanding results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to help manage our expanding workload — particularly in project documentation, planning, and day-to-day coordination.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on administration role suited to someone who enjoys supporting a busy operations team and keeping things running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with company directors and admin team to manage project-related paperwork, emails, scheduling, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Monitor and respond to emails; liaise with directors to prioritise tasks and communications.
Conduct research and prepare concise summaries for quick review.
Assist with preparing documentation, reports, and warranties for projects.
Extract information from drawings and plans to assist with quotes and tenders.
Communicate with suppliers, builders, consultants, and clients as required.
Support travel bookings, appointments, and logistics.
Maintain organised digital filing systems and manage general admin alongside admin team.
Assist with stock and material tracking when needed.
Assist with the preparation of invoicing.
This role is remote / work-from-home, so you’ll need a reliable internet connection, equipment and a suitable home workspace.
About You

Skills & Experience
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident phone manner and professional communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively.
Proficient with computers, email, and document management systems.
Flexible working approach – including occasional early mornings and coordination across time zones.
Prior experience in construction administration or general administration is highly desirable.
