You'll take ownership of bid and tender coordination while supporting marketing initiatives and general business operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and deadlines are met
- Maintain and improve tender templates, submission databases, and project libraries
- Support marketing and communications including website updates, capability statements, and social media content
- Assist with general business administration, document formatting, proofing, and data management
- Collaborate closely with directors, project managers, and the business support team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across systems and processes
About You:
- Previous experience in administration or bids/tenders,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with InDesign or Power BI advantageous
- Clear and confident communication style
- Proactive, adaptable, and a genuine team player
- Polished in presentation and communication
