A financial accountant role with a commercial focus, exposure to business partnering in a team with high levels of professionalism, integrity and curiosity.

The Role

As a financial accountant you will be responsible for managing all General Ledger activities including, but not limited to:

• Leading Month End Close
• Reconcile all ledges and sub ledgers accurately and on time at the end of each month
• Monthly management reporting and budget preparation in conjunction with the Business Partner
• Cash flow reporting, management reporting and fixed asset reporting
• Supervising AR and AP, assisting HR with payroll processing
• Supporting year-end audits, external stakeholder engagement
• Revenue and expense recognition
• Ongoing System and Process Improvements

Your Profile

You are a motivated and detail-oriented accountant, eager to broaden your experience in an ASX listed environment. You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• Advantageous to have experience with Business Central and Micropay
• Excellent communication skills, and a positive, can do attitude
• A Desire to get involved with process improvements
• Advanced excel user (pivot tables, vlookup)
