The Opportunity

Due to business needs, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management/Financial Accountant to join the finance team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in both financial and management accounting, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Supporting year-end accounts preparation.
• Completing reconciliations and managing fixed assets.
• Assisting with forecasting and budgeting.
• Providing insights on performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and trends to support decision-making.

About You
You are a degree-qualified (CA/CPA preferred) accountant with 4-6 years' experience in large, complex environments. You bring strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and proven ability to influence through insights.

• Strong knowledge of P&L variance analysis.
