About the Opportunity
Skillforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Final Trim Dozer Operator for immediate mobilisation to the RTIO Argyle Mine. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's most culturally significant mine closure projects, working on reshaping landforms and restoring country.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in final trim dozer operations (rehab or civil environments)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Your Responsibilities

• Operate CAT D10 & D11 Dozers efficiently and safely
• Use GPS systems (Trimble or Topcon) for precision work
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain equipment
• Deliver high-quality rehabilitation outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a site-based team

Compliance Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen
• Able to provide a National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Hold relevant Dozer Operator Tickets
• Rio Tinto Inductions
