🕐 Shifts:

Saturday and Sunday 9-4pm for now.

Potentially weekdays 10-3pm

Occasionally extra hours are available when we have big bookings.

Hospitality Industry General Award Level 2 – Casual

Level 2 Cook casual rate

7am - 7pm $32.31

Saturday $38.78

Sunday $45.24

Public Holiday $64.63

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our team and help us serve up smiles and hot food to our community.

You’ll be based mainly on our funky food truck, working closely with a supportive crew and having a positive impact every single shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Cooking a wide range of hot meals from our menu: burgers, fries, brekky items, toasties, pancakes, etc.

- Operating the food truck kitchen with a focus on food safety and cleanliness

- Preparing and plating meals to order in a timely manner

- Assisting with kitchen setup and pack-down

- Following dietary/allergy requests with care

- Working collaboratively in a vibrant, inclusive and supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working in a café, food truck, or fast-paced kitchen

- Solid understanding of food handling, hygiene and OHS

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

- Friendly attitude and a passion for community work

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed

- Valid Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate (preferred)

- Current Police Check
