About the Role

As a Casual Chef, you will:

Prepare and execute French dishes to a high standard

Work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality

Contribute to a smooth and efficient service in a busy, fast-paced environment

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness are upheld at all times

Obtain food safety certification within 30 days of commencement

What We're Looking For

Essential: Previous experience cooking French cuisine in a professional kitchen

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in French cuisine in a professional kitchen environment

A strong understanding of French culinary techniques and traditional dishes

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

Reliability, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Valid Australian work visa or authorisation to work in Australia
