The Role
We are currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team and work with one of our highly respected clients, who is based in Maddington, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy work environment with the potential to move to a full-time position.

Position Details:

• $44 per hour flat rate
• Workshop-based role in Maddington
• Immediate work available – ASAP start
• Day shifts – Monday to Friday
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right person
• Supportive and experienced team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand finishing of polyurethane products
• General cleaning and packaging
• Basic assembly tasks using hand tools
• Operating a forklift to move materials

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of workshop/manufacturing experience
• Must have a Forklift ticket
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
• Strong manual skills and attention to detail
• Must be physically fit – standing and working on your feet all day
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude
