The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-respected Tier 2 builder expanding into the multi-residential sector. With a full pipeline of commercial work already in motion – and a clear strategy to grow their capability in multi-res and aged care – they’re now looking for a site operator to help lead that charge.

You’ll be the go-to Site Manager for major projects (most $50m - $80m+), playing a key role in both delivery and setting the standard for site leadership within the business.

A national Tier 2 known for delivering complex new builds across education, aged care, health, industrial and commercial sectors, this builder has carved out a strong reputation through consistent repeat clients and quality project outcomes. They’re now diversifying into multi-residential construction and are building out the team to match – starting with this critical hire.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the site from start to finish on large-scale commercial and multi-res builds
• Managing subcontractors, safety, and daily site operations
• Working closely with the PM and CA team to hit program and quality targets
• Driving site culture and maintaining high standards of delivery

What You Bring

• Experience leading multi-residential projects $50m+
• Consistent tenure and strong client/subbie relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
