Kaya, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are looking to gain hands on experience working alongside administrative professionals in our Business Support Teams while obtaining a formal Certificate III qualification in Business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of a program which offers you coaching, mentoring, training and amazing opportunities to learn about local government and grass roots strategies.
Our traineeships are for 12 months and commence in February 2026. The positions are based in our Booragoon Office however there will be opportunities to be involved with all our City of Melville locations.

Have a genuine interest in office administration and want to pursue a career in the Business Support environment
Are motivated, with a positive attitude
Have an eye for detail, strong communication skills and can work with a range of people
Have strong time management and organisation skills to effectively complete part-time study and the role
Be well presented, punctual, reliable, and work safely as part of a team
