• An industry leader in the construction, refurbishment and fitout sector
• Full order book for 2025/2026 FY with exceptional project opportunities coming their way
• You will start off on a $30m project as an additional PM resource, this project is mid stream – a great opportunity to be surrounded by an established team including PD, Senior CA, CA, PC and 3 x SM’s to get you up to speed before leading you own project in 2026.
• Repeat clients, interesting projects in different sectors from $2m upwards

Your Responsibilities

• Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
• Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
• Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
• Leading and mentoring your project team

Experience/Qualifications:

• A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects.
• Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
• Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills – a CA grounding is expected, whilst you are likely to have a minimum of 5 projects experience at PM level.
