Known for their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced WHSEQ Manager to oversee and lead the company's Work Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced safety professional to take on a leadership position within a growing business. The role offers a combination of office-based responsibilities and regular site visits, ensuring robust WHSEQ compliance and driving a proactive safety culture across all operations.

This position will suit someone who is confident in leading WHSEQ functions across multiple sites and states, has a deep understanding of ISO standards, and is ready to make a meaningful impact on the safety and quality performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site visits and safety audits
• Develop, implement, and maintain WHSEQ systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications
• Produce regular reports for senior management on WHSEQ performance
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across WHS, Environmental, and Quality areas

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or related field)
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a WHSEQ role within the construction or engineering sector
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO certification standards
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Full Australian working rights
