Tamarix Eggs is a proud, family-owned egg farm located in Bangholme, VIC. We’re passionate about producing premium-quality eggs and delivering excellence in everything we do, from farm to kitchen.

We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail Assistant & Farm All-Rounder to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that spans across several departments, offering variety and the chance to learn new skills in a supportive environment.

About the Role
No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

Providing warm, professional customer service in our on-site retail store

Basic food handling and coffee preparation (barista experience a plus)

Maintaining accurate Food Safety, Quality & Animal Welfare records

Grading and packing eggs with care and precision

Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas

Occasionally assisting in farm operations, including animal care

Delivering fresh eggs to cafes and customers across Melbourne

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:

Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Flexible and willing to work across multiple areas of the business

Experienced in customer service (essential)

Holds a valid car driver’s licence

Forklift License (Preferred)

Available to work on weekends (required)
