Allegria Pasta is a proudly local fresh pasta producer and retailer known for high-quality handmade products and warm, efficient service. We’re looking for a Lead Retail Assistant to join our Fairfield team — someone who’s confident, organised, fast on their feet, and loves great food.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys service, packing, and customer orders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things properly. You’ll be the go-to person on the floor, helping to keep the store running smoothly each day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Overseeing the packing and sending of customer orders (both in-store and online)

Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store

Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure stock production stays on track and shelves are replenished

Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

Managing product displays, stock rotation and retail presentation

Assisting with courier pickups, stock deliveries, and general operations
