We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our Fulfilment Centre teams across MEL8 (Mulgrave) and DVT4 (Craigieburn), with potential support at DVT1 one day per week. This is a hands-on role that provides HR support to our associates, helping drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across HR, benefits, and payroll topics
• Manage cases, projects, and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure employee documentation is complete and accurate
• Act as a subject-matter expert and escalate issues as needed
• Deliver training and guidance on policies and systems
• Create and distribute internal communications
• Conduct audits and analyse findings
• Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards

Your Profile

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ months of HR experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in HR or related field (completed or in progress)
• Experience in high-volume administration
• Familiarity with hourly workforce environments
• Understanding of employment law and payroll practices

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm

Pay Rate:

$37.98/hour
