Position Available: Senior Dental Nurse (Permanent Full Time )

Our Keilor practice features four chairs dedicated to implants, surgical, and cosmetic dental treatments. Conveniently located in Keilor Park with onsite parking, we’re seeking a skilled and passionate team member who shares our commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a practice that values attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism. The role is ideally suited to a mature-minded Dental Assistant who is eager to contribute to a high-performing team and make our Keilor practice their professional home.

THE ROLE:

Up to 38 hours, 4 days per week within practice hours (8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday).

Chairside assistance

Sterilisation and instrument reprocessing.

Scheduling appointments and reception duties as needed.

Providing professional patient care.

Treatment planning and preparation

Materials ordering and maintenance

occasional reception duties as needed

ABOUT YOU:

A self-motivated individual with a commitment to best practices and patient experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of current infection control standards and protocols.

Competence in a sterile surgical environment, including preparation and post-operative procedures.

Computer literacy is essential; emails, experience with dental software, Office suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.

Adaptability to new systems and processes.
