About the role

Auscom Electrical QLD Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Administrator to join our team in East Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our electrical contracting business.

What you'll be doing

Prepare accurate quotes for electrical projects

Source and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing

Maintain and update filing systems and quote templates

Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally and promptly

Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

Processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents accurately and on time

Assisting with onboarding and resource allocation

Supporting WHS compliance and reporting

Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
