About the Role

INDEX Consultants are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in supporting data analysis and quality assurance for a Victorian Public Sector Client. They will contribute to the integrity of digital health systems, ensure reliable data processes with a focus on areas connected to the Unique Patient Identification (UP!) system.

Key Deliverables

• Support the department in maintaining accurate and consistent patient data across integrated healthcare systems.
• Conduct data quality analysis and assist with resolving data integrity issues.
• Extract and analyse healthcare data to produce reports that inform internal decision-making.
• Assist with system onboarding, upgrades, and integration testing to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Participate in acceptance testing and validation of healthcare IT systems and integrations.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience working within the healthcare sector in a similar capacity.
• Proven skills in data analysis, quality assurance, and healthcare system integration.
• Experience supporting system testing and validation activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capabilities.
• Experience with dB Motion is highly desirable.
• Mandatory - Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens.
