About the Role: Our Federal Government Client is seeking an Exchange 2019 & Enterprise Vault 15 Administrator. This is a long-term contract role for 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options, located at our client’s Canberra office, on-site only (no work from home).

As the selected candidate, you will:

• Monitor Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Enterprise Vault 15 servers across multiple environments
• Apply security updates and patches, including WSUS
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for messaging and archiving systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and resource utilisation
• Resolve technical issues and support messaging infrastructure for both internal and some external users
• Script and automate using PowerShell

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange (preferably Exchange 2019)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Enterprise Vault (version 15 preferred)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience supporting SQL databases integrated with Enterprise Vault
• Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills
• Familiarity with SFIA levels 3 to 6 (Infrastructure and Platform Management)

It is desirable if you have:

• A tertiary qualification in a technology-related field
• Relevant certifications in Exchange or Enterprise Vault

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with TSPV security clearance.
