THE JOB ROLE

This dynamic role operates within the fast-paced and evolving real estate market, collaborating within a dedicated team of three. Avail yourself of extensive coaching and mentorship from the Director and an accomplished Sales Representative.

• Initiate new business opportunities for the Lead Agent through diverse prospecting channels (telephone outreach, direct mail, in-person canvassing)
• Cultivate enduring relationships, surpassing customer experience expectations
• Provide instrumental support to the team through ad hoc sales responsibilities
