No prior industry experience is required. We are looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, great work ethic, and the eagerness to learn every aspect of a busy, professional warehouse operation. We provide full training and close supervision to help you build valuable skills!

Your Role: Learning the Ropes

Working closely with the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be learning safe practices, precision, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Fulfillment: Assisting with accurate picking and packing of customer and job orders.

Stock Handling: Helping to receive, check, and organise incoming goods.

Forklift Use: Working toward safely assisting with basic loading and unloading duties under supervision (we will invest in your Forklift License if you don’t already have one).

Logistics & Deliveries: Making timely local deliveries using the company van when required (standard car license only required).

General Duties: Maintaining the warehouse—keeping it clean, safe, and highly organised.

Essential Requirements:

Reliability & Attitude: A proactive, can-do approach and a strong work ethic. You are dependable and willing to take direction.

Current Car Driver’s License: A clean history and confident in your driving ability (standard license class is sufficient).

Physical Fitness: The ability to handle manual lifting and be on your feet for the day.

Safety Focus: A commitment to following all safety rules and procedures while working in a warehouse environment.
