Everton Park Child Care and Development Centre is seeking an energetic, experienced person for a full-time, or part time, permanent position.
We are committed to a child-centred approach that emphasizes outdoor play, emotional well-being, and holistic development. Believing that children learn best when connected to their environment, we foster curiosity and confidence through exploration of our beautiful outdoor spaces and pleasant indoor spaces. Loose part play is our approach to children’s creativity.
This centre is set in a large natural environment where children engage with the outdoors, sparking creativity, problem-solving, and a deep connection with nature. As part of our team, you’ll be joining a supportive community focused on giving children the best start through hands-on experiences.
This is privately owned, with a lovely supportive community of staff and families and an amazing natural environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
· Diploma-qualified or Cert III applicants welcome
· Full-time or part time availability
· Minimum of 2 years experience in the child care environment
· Permanent resident of Australia (temporary visa holders will not be considered)
· Interest in nature-based learning and early childhood development an advantage, with guidance by experienced staff
· Enthusiasm for teamwork and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment
· Desire for career growth and ongoing professional development
