Nursery Hand – Dispatch

We are looking for responsible, self-motivated Nursery Hands to join our Dispatch Team. Certificate 3 in Horticulture or plant knowledge an advantage but not essential – training is provided.

If you have relevant production nursery or landscape industry experience working with plants or similar role, please forward your resume.

Key Responsibilities:

Selecting and picking plants for orders

Preparing plants for dispatch

Potting, Pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants

Cleaning and blocking Nursery Beds

Assist with irrigation, spraying and deliveries.

Key Attributes:

Be fit and healthy (this is a physically demanding role)

Willing to work as part of an all-weathers, outdoor Team environment

Follows directions easily

Good verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated with initiative to take action

Eye for detail with plant maintenance and presentation

Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an advantage

Own vehicle and drivers licence essential
