Looking for variety, stability, and a hands-on role? Coastal Hire is seeking a General Hand with mechanical knowledge to join our team.

What you’ll do:

Operate and assist with hire equipment and heavy vehicles

Perform workshop, yard, and plant housekeeping

Handle chemical pumping, dumping, and material transport

Secure and verify deliveries

Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting issues promptly

What you’ll bring:

Forklift Licence and MR Class Licence (HR an advantage)

White Card (Hiab experience highly regarded)

Mechanical know-how across machinery, hydraulics, and systems

Strong work ethic, flexibility, and team focus
