As an Educator at First Steps Learning Academy, you will:

Make children laugh while they learn!

Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment

Deliver and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Observe, document, and support each child’s individual learning journey

Actively contribute to a team culture that is fun, professional, and supportive

🧩 What You’ll Bring

As a minimum, ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education

HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk

NSW Food Authority Food Handler Basics Training

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
