What will you be doing?

• Undertake servicing and preventative maintenance of all machinery, plant and equipment.
• Assist other trades in the form of general repair maintenance or installation of machinery.
• Diagnose functioning equipment using test equipment and tools to locate the cause of the fault.
• Inspect plant, equipment and machinery to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustments or repairs, ensuring compliance codes are adhered to.
• Provide advice and guidance to the business on whether machinery is fit for use.
• Attend to and contribute towards operational and team meetings.

What do you need?

• Electrical Trade Qualification, with a minimum of 3 years trade maintenance experience.
• Strong Instrumentation experience
• Experience working with packaging, automation, labelling and refrigeration machines and equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and extensive experience in fault finding would be an advantage.
• Must have experience in high pressure on demand production environment
