Onetrak is seeking an experienced Territory Manager - Crushing & Screening based to drive sales growth and service our existing customers throughout New South Wales.
OTE package over $200k
Develop and increase sales in machines, servicing and parts for the crushing and screening sector.
Provide high level technical advice and to enable the highest possible customer experience.
Be provided with aftersales support from our NSW and Queensland facilities plus Onetrak's national network of branches.
Enjoy specialised product support, access to technical teams and excellent after sales support with our parts and service teams.

About you:
You are driven and motivated to develop new relationships and win new business.
Proven experience in sales and development of new product lines.
Knowledge of the application of crushing and screening.
Understanding and knowledge of the quarry & mining industries.
Experience with rock flow systems (desirable).
Experience in Renting Crushing and Screening equipment (desirable).
Exceptional communication and reporting skills both written and oral.
Strong IT skills including Excel.
Mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
You possess a full vehicle driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in the industries of quarrying, mining and material handling for key crushing and screening franchises including complementary equipment lines (i.e. quarry excavators and other Onetrak products relevant to the Crushing & Screening sector).
Establish relationships with new customers and maintain contact with existing customers to promote Onetrak's crushing and screening products and services.
Promote and support all areas of the business within the territory
Provide specialist advice to customers on equipment selection and application.
Respond to sales inquiries within the crushing and screening industry to secure new business.
Generate sales leads by prospecting and cold calling on potential customers.
Establish and maintain technical proficiency on equipment to complement a good sales technique.
Support the delivery of crushing and screening machines including hands on management of the sale – from factory discussion to machine hand-over.
Develop, maintain and monitor market share targets.
Establish and maintain technical proficiency on equipment to complement a good sales technique and pass onto sales teams.
Deliver on key performance indicators and targets
Provide weekly updates on current prospects, lost sales and market information
Bring other Onetrak staff into opportunities to maximise sales potential and the strength of the group as required
