About the role

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate & competitive tenders for a variety of electrical projects, with a focus on preventive maintenance, D&C and ECI contracts.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

preparing/submitting accurate cost estimates for electrical projects

analysing drawings, specifications & project requirements

sourcing/negotiating pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

liaising with engineers to provide early engineering design as part of proposals

collaborating with project managers/engineers/clients to develop competitive proposals

attending site visits and communicating clearly & confidently.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship)

Proven Electrical Estimator experience in the electrical industry (3+ years preferred)

Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, codes & regulations

Proficiency in estimation software SimPRO

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Self starter. Strong time management. Able to source own opportunities as required.
