Now, we’re looking for a strategic, commercially sharp Territory Manager to take ownership of the NSW North region — from Sydney through to the North Coast.

Who We’re Looking For
We don’t want a “typical salesperson.” We want someone who:
Thrives on opening doors and building long-term partnerships.
Brings 5+ years B2B experience in professional services, construction, or manufacturing.
Is comfortable selling complex, value-based solutions — not just products.
Has the confidence and autonomy to run their own territory (home-based with regular client visits).
Wants to make a real difference in how people live, not just hit numbers.

Before you say this role is perfect for me. The Qualifications and Experience required is:-
Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience ideally engaged with professional services such as architects, engineers, construction, and / or OEM manufacturers
Experience around selling value based complex solutions.
Ability to build long lasting relationship and influence our customers strategy and direction
A high level of autonomy, with the ability to manage your time and take ownership of sales initiatives (this role is home-based and requires regular visits to customers in your territory).
