Bluestone is partnered with an award winning architectural builder who are looking to add a construction project manager to the team. This high-end builder deliver 20 + high-end homes per annum ranging from $2 MIL to $8MIL.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing high-end architectural builds from contract through construction
- Take offs, BOQs & contract management
- Point of contact for client throughout build process
- Manage site teams, ensure programs & build times are met
- Financial management, forecasting, budgeting
The Successful candidate:
- Tertiary degree in construction or project management (ideal)
- A background in estimating or currently working in an estimating position
- Experience delivering high-end architectural builds
- Excellent client management & ability to liaise/drive various internal and external stakeholders
