About Valen Power

At Valen Power, we specialise in energy storage solutions that support the transition to renewable and resilient power systems. Our projects range from community batteries to stand-alone power systems (SAPS), integrating innovation, quality, and safety into every step.

We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Fitter or Electrician to join our dedicated team, someone with hands-on technical experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering quality work.

What You’ll Do:

Work full-time, regular hours in a factory/depot environment.

Assemble and manufacture LV and ELV systems, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Work with DC systems – experience essential (panel-building experience highly regarded).

Perform installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical components for community battery and SAPS projects.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Operate a forklift safely (a valid forklift licence is mandatory).

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including test results and maintenance logs.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to achieve project milestones.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, adhering to Valen’s WHS, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems.

Show a willingness to learn and participate in regular training to grow your skills.

What We’re Looking For

NSW Electrical Supervisor Licence or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter.

Strong knowledge of DC systems and electrical assembly.

Panel-building experience and/or programming skills will be highly regarded.

A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
