Territory Laundry Services (TLS) is a locally owned and operated business that prides itself on our quality of service to our customers. We have had 11 years of continued growth in the commercial laundry market providing services to Hotel and restaurant establishments , Defence, the Inpex facility, Large Mining Camps and many other customers. We have built our business through always delivering quality linen, a quality service and building strong relationships with our customers.

The role

Opening and closing of the laundry . Starting & closing down all laundry appliances/equipment correctly, safely and in the correct order

Supervise and co-ordinate laundry attendants to ensure they are working safely , efficiently and managing their mandatory breaks.

Understand the daily plan/ strategy provided by the laundry manager, then prioritize processing of laundry items through all areas of the laundry accordingly

Ensure daily plan, targets are achieved.

Pack customer orders into laundry Tall Boy bins correctly and to any customer and or Laundry Managers priority

Assist with floor production as required /demand dictates

Visit offsite porterage customers and conduct linen counts. Update forecasted orders for porterage customers.

Co-ordinate and communicate deliveries or collections with the drivers as the operation requires.

Supervision, training and provide assistance with any new laundry attendants

Due to the nature of the role you must be physically fit as you will be working in a warm environment.

Be organised and able to manage a laundry team on the floor as well as laundry drivers ensuring clear communication.
