About the Business

Our client is a dynamic residential volume builder based specialising in spec home projects for predominantly investors and first home buyers. They have established strong systems in house to ensure their growth is sustainable and due to growth are looking for a new Supervisor on the Northside of Brisbane!

About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Building Supervisor to manage a Northside Brisbane area.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing 20-25 wholesale or spec homes across the greater Northside Brisbane area

Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

Manage call up program and reports

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

kills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

Ideally 3 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing

QLD Supervisors or Builders licence

Strong trade management and time management skills

Able to work autonomously and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired
