About the Company

Our client is a highly respected, boutique residential developer and builder with a history of delivering quality residential land developments and commercial building projects. With a strong pipeline of over 500 lots to be developed and built over the coming years in the Toowoomba region, the business are headed into an exciting period of expansion and are looking for passionate individuals to join their business.

About the Position:

As a Building Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering investment homes in the Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Responsibilities will include

Managing multiple investment homes in your area

Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

Manage construction schedules

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Maintain WHS on all sites

What we're looking for:

QLD Builders or Supervisors Licence

Minimum 3 years volume home supervising experience

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Good business acumen and strong leadership skills

Driven to contribute to a growing business
