Join one of Western Australia's leading thoroughbred racing stables! Williams Racing WA is seeking an experienced and motivated Stable Foreman to help oversee the daily operations of our dynamic and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee stable staff and ensure smooth daily operations

Coordinate horse care, feeding, and training schedules

Communicate with vets, farriers, and owners

Monitor horse health and performance

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and welfare

About You:

Proven experience in a senior stable role

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior stable role required

Specific thoroughbred racing experience is essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

High attention to detail and horse welfare

Ability to work early mornings and weekends

Availability for early morning starts between 4:00-5:00 AM required

Passion for the racing industry
