MR-Roads is a trusted name in road construction, known for delivering high-quality road infrastructure projects across Queensland. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our dynamic team.

📍 Location: Brisbane, QLD

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and budgets

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Analyse project specifications, drawings, and scope documents

Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors

Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Lead Estimator in civil construction (preferably roads)

Strong knowledge of estimating software and industry standards

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines

Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying (not mandatory)
