In collaboration with our client, a leading mining organisation, Emanate Technology is seeking a Change Analyst to support a major HSEC (Health, Safety, Environment and Community) system transformation.

This large-scale program will decommission the current legacy platform and introduce a modern, fit-for-purpose system designed to improve safety, environmental performance, and community outcomes. You’ll play a key role in driving change, communication, and stakeholder engagement across multiple mine sites — bringing creativity, structure, and clarity to complex information.

What you’ll be doing

• Scoping change impacts and stakeholder needs to inform communication and engagement plans.
• Designing creative visuals, infographics, and content that make technical information simple and engaging.
• Building newsletters, SharePoint pages, and communication materials that are clear, on-brand, and easy to navigate.
• Supporting impact assessments, stakeholder discussions, and readiness planning.
• Managing documentation, meeting records, and project updates to maintain accuracy and alignment.
• Tracking progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams and global vendors (including Isometrix) to align on change activities.
• Creating short videos or visual stories to boost engagement and understanding across diverse audiences.

What you need to bring

• Proven experience delivering change and communication support on large-scale or technology-focused projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness activities.
• Demonstrated skill in producing visual communications, infographics, and clear storytelling through design.
• Experience managing project content, SharePoint sites, and updates to a high professional standard.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for clarity and detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visual design or presentation tools.

Bonus points for…

• Background delivering change across Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) systems.
• Knowledge applying PROSCI ADKAR or similar structured change methodologies.
• Experience creating eLearning modules or multimedia training content using tools such as Articulate.
• Success supporting IT transformation programs in multi-site or global environments.
