Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Senior Test Analyst. The successful candidate will be experienced in hands on experience working with the Genesys contact centre platform. Similar experience with another contact centre solution will also be considered. The role is part of a large scale contact centre uplift program of work.

This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

Manual testing experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in cloud migration or contact center environments

Hands-on experience with Genesys (contact management/call routing systems)

Strong understanding of contact center operations and user engagement

Ability to work in hands-on and leadership roles (for senior/lead tester positions)

Solid communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and getting hands dirty with testing, analysis, and support

Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems is a plus
