Full-Time Engraving Operator | Project PARGO

We’re looking for an autonomous, detail-driven Full Time Engraving Operator to join the Project PARGO team in Coolum Beach.

We’re a purpose-led brand designing premium insulated drinkware, with every product helping fund clean water projects for communities in need. As the newest member of our small but mighty team, you’ll take ownership of customising our products, ensuring every engraving is delivered to the highest standard with precision and care.

About the Role

Custom Product Engraving

Operate our rotary laser engraving machine to customise PARGO products

Use engraving software to prepare and process artwork files

Ensure all engravings are consistent, accurate, and finished to a premium standard

Maintain the engraving workspace and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

Work closely with the sales and production teams to deliver custom orders on time

Warehouse Support:

Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders during busy periods

Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse environment

Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work

Experience using Adobe Illustrator (highly regarded)

Proficient in Canva or similar design programs

Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow

Physically fit and capable of light manual handling tasks

Reliable, motivated, and keen to grow with a fast-moving, purpose-driven business
