About the role

Join the friendly and dynamic team at Exceed Digital as a Full-Time Production Assistant in Dural, NSW. In this hands-on role, you’ll support our digital printing and mailing operations, helping bring a wide range of media to life using our modern production technology. No experience? No problem — if you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you’ll be doing

Assist with the printing, finishing and production of various media products

Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards

Keep your work area clean, organised and safe

Work closely with the production team to improve processes and efficiency

Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures

Provide general support to supervisors and managers as needed

What we’re looking for

Previous print or production experience is ideal but not essential — full training is provided

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative

Reliable communication and interpersonal skills
